This is the second drawing out of the 100 that i did for a project with the London Word Festival.
We all know them, but we all try to avoid them. Street fundraisers who work the streets in smiling gangs equipped with clipboards and patience to put angels to shame. I sometimes stop and talk to them starting the conversation with 'You wont get any money from me, but we can talk if you are feeling lonely'. Most of the time they are very happy to just chat about other stuff for a bit before going back to attacking men in suits who works their way past them as if they were walking through a cloud of mosquitos.
