I've never given blood. We used to have a 'Blood Bus' parked every monday on the town square when I  was growing up and i was quite excited about giving blood. I think they even used to pay people a little to do it, so there were always lots of students hanging around. When I turned 18 there were two things I wanted to do, get a piercing and give blood. I got my piercing and went to the blood bus. And was declined because I had a piercing.
