Our friends at the HM Revenue and Customs are always happy help. Sometimes a little bit too happy. However I once spoke to a very helpful man in the Scotland who managed to help me when the tax people accidently put £4000 in my bank account and then wanted to charge me a penalty fee for it when they took it back. So thank you, Scottish Tax Man for being so vigilant and helpful.
